Begin discussing cabinetry during electrical and plumbing planning or installation. Checking cabinet and appliance dimensions early helps coordinate sockets, water connections and the construction sequence.

This helps reduce clashes, repeated changes and rework while bringing storage and room layouts into the same plan.

If you do not already have an interior designer, we can provide space design services at RMB 80–200 per square metre.

Design fees may be reduced or waived for qualifying cabinetry or soft-furnishing orders. The scope, fees and qualifying conditions are confirmed for your project.

Board materials and hardware are matched to your design and budget. Pricing depends on the configuration, with brands, models, finishes and dimensions confirmed in the proposal and contract.

An initial discussion does not imply free on-site measurement or a complete design service. Formal measurement and design begin after the 10% deposit, with fees and any design-fee reductions clarified for your project.

An approximate budget and currency help us match design, boards, hardware and specifications, separating priorities from optional features.

If your budget is not yet decided, start with the spaces you want to customise and styles you like.

For initial planning, allow around five months from first coordination to completion for a typical project. Actual timing depends on design development, site readiness, finishes, shipping and installation workload.

Production, sea freight and installation schedules are confirmed for your project, with delivery dates agreed during planning and in the contract.

We provide measurement and installation at local labour rates without adding profit to that part of the service, with on-site follow-up by our project supervisor and designer.

When you use our measurement and installation service, we take responsibility for damage or scratches arising during that work. The service scope and site arrangements are agreed for your project.

We offer sea freight through our forwarding partners. If damage or breakage occurs when using the sea freight service we arrange, we take responsibility.

The transport method, costs and arrival arrangements are confirmed for the project destination.

We provide a five-year warranty. We take care of maintenance and servicing for damage not caused by the user within those five years.

Contact our team with site photos and project details after handover so we can follow up. Service arrangements are set out in the contract.

We value honest specifications and record materials and product configurations in the proposal and contract.

We offer a triple-compensation commitment for counterfeit or misrepresented products. This can be written into the contract with its applicable conditions and resolution process.
